Answer: The Fee for Normal Passport having 36 Pages is Rs. 3000/- only.
Answer: The Fee for Urgent Passport having 36 Pages is Rs. 5000/- only.
Answer: Normal fee passport will be issued after 15 working days.
Answer: Urgent fee passport will be issued in 05 working days.

Answer: To change name in passport, the revised original CNIC should be provided.
Answer: To change in date of birth, the revised original CNIC (containing changes in name) should be provided. Also, for more verification, birth certificate or Matriculation degree should be provided (optional).
Answer: To change photograph in the passport, the passport will be issued according to the policy to the applicant with fresh fee and the previous passport will be cancelled.

Answer: From August 16, 2023, the e-Passport issuance facility, is available from all field offices across the country.
Formerly, e-Passport issuance for the Residents of Islamabad Only had been started from DGI&P Headquarters, Islamabad, from 10 June 2023. Earlier DGI&P started issuance of e-Passports in 2022, initially for the Diplomatic and Official Categories as a soft launch.
This facility will be extended to Foreign Missions in due course of time.

Answer: Sometimes system takes time to synchronize paid passport fee information from different banking channels; as a result, you may face some delay in token issuance. Please be patient in this regard, you may visit the token counter, after some time to check the status of the fee & token issuance. If you cannot wait, then you may visit later during office working hours or on the next working day. You can also launch/register your complaint via Passport Fee Asaan Mobile App or Web Portal, in case your issue is not resolved.
Answer: Please include the 06-digit prefix 999999 before the 17-digit PSID, at the time of payment under 1-Bill / invoice payment, when making payment, through 1BILL, POC (OTC), Internet Banking, ATM, Jazz Cash, Easypaisa or 1-Link Member branches.
Answer: The passport fee once paid is non-refundable nor transferable (from one person to another person). However, the same fee may be utilized by the same applicant himself for subsequent passport facility, subject to verification of the amount from the bank scroll or treasury.
