Facilities for Senior Citizens: |

|
- Separate Regional Passport Offices (RPOs) for Senior Citizens have been established in Karachi & Islamabad (FY 2018-2019).
- Exemption/waving of fingerprints to senior citizens of 60 years & above with weak rays/amputated finger impressions through online passport application (FY 2019-2020).

One Window Faciliatation Desk: |
|
|
- Fast Track processing of passport application through One Window Operation for issuance of Machine Readable Passports has been launched initially at 32 Regional Passport Offices, which will gradually be extended to all offices. Dedicated/Separate counters for Female and Special persons have been established in One Window Facilitation Centers (FY 2019-2020).

Upgradation of IT Infrastructure |
|
|
- Disaster Recovery Site at Lahore Regional Passport Office Upgraded with complete IT/Power infrastructure (FY 2019-2020).
- Transfer of management/operations of Main Database Server & Storage from Nadra to IMPASS HQs (FY 2019-2020).
- Passport application software improved to automatically prioritize senior citizens (Over 65 years) in the queue (FY 2019-2020).

Facilities For Minor & Female Applicants: |
|
|
- 44 Female Officials recruited recently for capturing of photo, biometrics, data etc. in Regional Passport Offices in order to facilitate female passport applicants through dedicated counters (FY 2019-2020).
- Attestation of minor's Declaration Form of passport by a Gazetted Officer has been Waived off in Renewal category (FY 2018-2019).

Amnesty Granted for Government Servants: |
|
|
- Amnesty granted to those Government Officers/Officials who obtained passports in private capacity being Government servant to rectify their passport showing profession as Government servant (FY 2019-2020).

- Process for reactivation of Call Centre has been completed (FY 2019-2020).
|
|
|
Establishment of Customized Building: |
|
|
- Completion of customized buildings of Regional Passport Offices, Abbottabad, Mandi Bahaudin and Bannu (FY 2019-2020).

Establishment of New Passport Offices: |
|
|
- Establishment of Regional Passport Offices at Taunsa Sharif (D.G Khan) and Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) Headquarters, Islamabad (FY 2019-2020).
